Stayed in a chalet. Indoor and outdoor onsen were large and good quality. Overall a comfortable stay.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had left my camera on the shuttle bus at mount Aso and they helped me call the bus company so I could go and get it back. 10/10!

Good facility and really really clean. A lot of privacy. Comfortable room and stay. Prepare special treat for our occasions. And have a goodbye gift when we leave the property. Shuttle is very flexible and helpful. Staffs are friendly and offer to take photos for us which makes good memories for us.

We like the accommodation, the private onsen facilities, the location, the food, the shuttle service from and to the express bus stops, and of course most importantly the staff of the Ryokan. The Kaiseki dinner was served in our room and the Ryokan had accommodated our dietary request. Special shout out to 陈婷, the staff handling our dinner, bedding arrangement and breakfast. We felt so relaxed and welcomed. Thank you for making our trip such a wonderful one and our Ryokan onsen experience a memorable one.

The hotel has shuttle buses that can take you from the bus stop if you’re visiting by bus. The onsens are terrific, you can use the private onsen if you want.

It was just the best I’ve ever had. 1. Great onsen 2. Just amazing buffet dinner and buffet breakfast with a vast choice 3. At night on the rooftop stargazing in just unforgettable 4. Great service. Not a lot of staff speak English, but n4 Japanese was enough for effective communication. Each morning staff provides info of timetables of other onsens.that’s very convenient. 5. Free shuttle service Totally recommend

A nice hut bit outside of the village. It's really inside the nature and good to relax.

The onsens are fantastic and in general the facilities and ability to book from 3 private onsen in addition to all the amazing large public baths were better than all the surrounding hotels. The rooms were something out of an old fairy tale and the dinner & breakfast were excellent. They were also kind enough to send a shuttle for pickup from the bus stop.
