What a beautiful place and one that we can highly recommend! Our room was fabulous with the most magnificent view of rainforest . We had our breakfast served to us on our own private patio - such a treat. Our only regret was that we only spent 1 night in this gorgeous place! it comes highly recommended !!!

Amazing location right by the waterfalls, learned so much on our walks both with Janith and with the guide ($45 per person for the rainforest trek). Food on the expensive side for Sri Lanka but worth it as so delicious and all grown and produced on site. Highly recommended for all nature lovers and those looking to escape the tourist trails of Sri Lanka!

From my heart: Apart from a really incredible picturesque location, which would really touch something inside your inner world, the staff’s scrupulous attention to your needs makes this stay unforgettable and gives the warmth as if you are staying at home. My most sincere and deep thanks to Vie ta Vis Mirissa, to all of lovely people, who made my family’s stay so enjoyable, and separately to Mr. Abheetha, as well as Mr.Darrell And Mrs Vajira.

Honestly was probably our best stay in Sri Lanka. In the past we ran out into an issue that reviews/photos on booking don't reflect the reality but not in this case. The property looks better in reality. Super clean and we had everything we needed and staff was so helpful. It is a 10 minutes drive from the beach but you can rent a scooter from the property. And it is super quiet, we had such a relaxing time having breakfast with squirrels and birds. The villa was build by the owner family and you can tell that they are proud of their work and they maintain it very well. Overall, amazing, book there you won't regret it.

You sit on your own balcony surrounded by views of rain forest, mountain tops, birds in all colours. The extremely friendly host family prepares tasty sri lankan food, offer you fruits from their own garden - they have ALL sorts of interesting fruits depending on season. They show you around their tea plantage and all in all just makes you feel good. The cabana (cottage) has all basics and is very clean. This is not luxury, but I personally didn't miss anything. My best recommendations!
