When I booked it said it was a newly opened hotel and the room had unfinished trim, broken pieces in sink and If you moved the tv it would shut off. The RV’S parked outside our balcony we could smell someone smoking marijuana. We had to close our door. We did appreciate the use of a box fan however it wasn’t in the best condition. It would rattle and make sounds like something was in the fan all night. We had to go buy our own for the rest of the stay. No coffee maker in room also, no shampoos

Had power strips to hook up coffee pot microwave so you couldn’t have more than one thing on without power shutting off and having to reset everything no watching tv and making coffee. It’s a fire hazard.

Easy check in and we got a ground floor with nobody above so no noise and parking outside the room. The room had a very good feel to it and felt a lot more 'loved' than some motel rooms. Left and past the lights and right is a bar with a number of craft ales in an old church (walkable) and a brewery bar which was shut for some reason. Also a variety of restaurants but beware of 8 o'clock shutting!!

Immaculately clean! Loved that our cabin had a kitchen with all the essentials and a full size refrigerator, too! View was amazing and the sound of the ocean lulled us to sleep in the most comfy of beds. Outstanding host Joe, was very pleasant as well. Best stay at the coast...we’ll be back!
