Suite was big and spacious, checkin and check out was smooth and fast, thanks to reception team. Pool was lovely and great for family/couples with nice Refreshments and foods by the pool. Lovely water slide in the pool that kids enjoyed.
Dinner and breakfast in flavour was delicious and had a good variety of food to choose from. Area was clean and service was great. I would like to thank Mr. Alam for his exceptional service on dinner and breakfast and also Mr. Shanel for his additional great service during the breakfast.

It wasn't as busy as Dubai or Abu Dhabi, AL Ain mall was a nice mall, many brands & not very big to wall with the family around, there was a pertol station nearby & a local fried chicken restaurant called Bu Deej which was wonderful & reasonable
