Very cosy small hotel above the city, with a wonderful view. I woke up in the morning with haze over the city it looked like a lake. Simple rooms, just what I was looking for and 2 minutes from the LKH Zwettl where I had a meeting. Hütte Restanuart around the corner (closed on Tuesday) and Schwarzer Alm (10 min. drive) with splendid location in thefields and woods.

There was no heating as the season had ended. However the lady apologised in the morning and only charged me 44 euro instead of the 84 euro stated by booking.com. So overall I was very pleased.
Enjoying a quiet countryside location, surrounded by meadows, Haus Linda features an infrared cabin for free, and rentals of mountain bikes, cross country equipment and snowshoes for a charge.
