The whole end-to-end experience was perfect. The hotel was very responsive before and during our stay. Reception were lovely and check-in was very smooth. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a charming two-bedroom suite, overlooking the Danube! And complimentary refreshments in our room was a nice touch. Breakfasts were extensive, fresh and delicious. We had dinner in the restaurant and every course was spot on. And having the use of a pool, sauna and fitness room after a day out was ideal. All in all, utter bliss.

The location is pet friendly and for the small fee you pay you get dog blankets, treats and bowls and we appreciate that. Went there for my brithday and got a nice gift from the staff. Staff is friendly. You get what the place promises : relaxation! They offer lots of amenities, lots of indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, sport activities. Thomas the Yoga instructor is a very nice guy!

We just had an amazing weekend experience in Malat hotel - amazing hosts and Malat family truly made us feel like home. Highlight of the stay was cosy experience in "central room" where you can enjoy glass of wine, listen to music and just chill. Having a record player is a nice touch (Miles Davis albums and other classics)... There is so much to do/see in the region: from Gottweig abbey, exploring Krems, Melk, Wachau and much more. Hosts of the hotel were super informative and helpful with travel tips, restaurant recommendation. Would definitely recommend Malat wine tour to learn about the winery, region and more. We will come back for sure!
