Our apartment was very comfortable. You don't have to worry about any equipment, everything is available. Clean and cosy rooms, A very good contact with the owner. Fun area in the basement: billiards, table football, darts, ping-pong table. We spent our skiing holidays riding the slopes of the Schlick2000 and Stubai and a distance is not that long. It's not the Stubai Valley but in return it's comfortable and cheaper than, for example, Fulpmes. I highly recommend this place!

Great thing was the value for money. We had booked one Appartement room and one double room. The apartment comes with a full fledged kitchen. The location is quite convenient for making day trips into Italy as well. Few shops and supermarkets in the neighbourhood.

the rooms were big, nice view, great parking and ski storing facilities, the breakfast was delicious and varied. the common areas were soo cozy with great views. the hotel had this common lobby bar without personnel available to address any questions or needs when the bar lacked some essentials (e.g it was hard to get tea, cups, any cutlery or so after breakfast time). The lack of personnel felt very nice, relaxed. you just served yourself from the bar and paid accordingly at the end if the stay. Just be prepared if you want a warm drink at the hotel after skiing the whole day. i liked the concern for the environment and they room cleaning / towel changing policy (only upon request to preserve resources).

Room was nice, clean and comfy, Large offer on the breakfast buffet, you can also order eggs and pancakes freshly made. The Sauna Area is very nice, the pool was great the first few days, once a lot of kids played in it the water was getting bad.
