Lisa and Julia have wonderful attention to detail. All of the staff are very friendly, enthusiastic and professional. The breakfast and restaurant food were fabulous!

It was short stay, the valley itself is beautiful also area Lofer. Interesting and what we see as positive, was automat for check in and pin code which you get for room access and main door access. So no key to take care of.

the sauna in the basement was not advertised but a pleasant surprise. The communication through phone and messages was very comfortable.
