This apartment was in a lovely quiet setting, there are water views from a spacious decking and the it was beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. The bed was excellent and the bathroom really nice. The provided toiletries were good quality and much appreciated. The washing machine and clothesline was great to have. We were very comfortable during our seven night stay. The cleanliness and lay out of the rooms were beautiful such a homely feeling I love the decor and design it looked modern. Facilities were clean and tidy the pool was nice. Close to city centre and hospital. Staff were exceptional very friendly and approachable.

Everything! From the great location, local to all the shops to the customer service (Zac[k]) the dog that was there greeting everyone really brought a nice touch to the resort. Seeing a family dog involved was very wholesome! Explains why so many people love Ballina. Chill, lovely people! Room was spotless, had all the amenities needed that we didn't have on us.
