We stayed in the 1 Bedroom Luxury Suite which was very comfortable and spacious complete with self-contained kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven) The Suite also had a laundry (Washing Machine & Dryer). The bedroom also had a TV. The Suite also had a spacious balcony off the lounge area. Easily accessible to North Sydney Train Station.

Staff on arrival very unprofessional rude and not helpful at all. Very disappointing. Got there early by about 20 minutes were told rooms were being cleaned. We patiently waited and waited and watch other guests check in and go straight to their rooms. Eventually we spoke to a staff member who happened to be the manager and he said our rooms have been ready for a while but no one told us. Tried self check in and no help, then we didn’t know where to find our room. Just guessed and walked around and around

History- you are staying in the buildings used in the 1800s as the ships arrived with passengers with contagious diseases on board.
All the building had signs describing their previous use.
