We were blown away by this incredible place. Our welcome from Sammy on the front desk was most probably the BEST and most friendly welcome we ever had in all our years of travelling. Our room was upgraded and we were over the moon. The whole experience from start to finish was just incredible. The staff are all so lovely, enthusiastic and really love do all the animals. Our little private tours were such a nice touch. Our 6 year old little girl loved it. Waking up to a Koala tight outside our bedroom window I’ll never forget.
