Wish we could stay longer! The place is just perfect for everything!
Location:
Perfect for people who drive. Located at the other side of the river but close enough to CBD, only takes 7-10mins to drive. Quiet and close to the water which you can take a fresh breeze from.
Equipment:
Very cozy with everything we need. The place is large enough for a family of three or four
. Fully equiped with heater and air conditioning to make you warm enough in winter nights. Nice and big bath tub with spa (didn't use during our stay). Very good taste to the decorations and styling of the place.
Staffing:
It's a cottage within the house land. Landlord doesn't usually live here but very nice and approachable. Thanks Penny for being kind and helpful. We are very welcomed by her and her family and were invited to watch their live band in their house.
Accessability:
Easy and smooth check in and check out. Easy for parking without disturbing the front.

This unit is in a perfect location. It was very easy to go across the river to Hobart city and also to go out to wherever we were going for the day. Shops were easy to find and not far away. Easy check in and easy to locate the key once we knew where it was. Julie was very helpful every time we contacted her. It was great to have a dishwasher and the unit was very clean on arrival. Well stocked with crockery, cutlery and utensils. Very comfortable bed and lovely hot shower. It was lovely having free Wi-Fi and the children especially enjoyed the large screen TV and the school playground the other side of the fence, through the gate. The washing machine in the unit was not working, however, we were given access to another machine onsite, this was very much appreciated.
