This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bistro was excellent, with a great play area for kids and a lovely store next door. The showers were incredible, with fantastic water pressure. We will definitely be staying here again.

Okay for an overnight stay but certainly nothing spectacular. It was clean, a little tired but comfortable. Brekky was fine.

Location on the water is nice however if you're on the city side be prepared for lots of road noise.
The rooms definitely need refurbishment, they're looking dated and tired.
No mugs are supplied in the rooms, only teeny tiny tea cups, we ended up using tall glasses like latte glasses for decent sized coffees.
Parking is an extra cost on top of the room rate. It's explained away by saying it's a council carpark and given at a reduced rate. Not my problem and for the room prices, the establishment should be footing that cost.
Wanted to give a more positive review however having stayed at plenty of places around this price point, there are significantly better options to choose from in Launceston.
Such a shame as being right on the water it has lots of potential and with a few tweaks, it could be fantastic.
