The location is beautiul, overlooking the bay, close to amenities and foreshore walks. I was welcomed and provided with useful information about the accommodation, and the area. The facilities were excellent.

The Loontitetermairrelehoiner Track is a wonderful walk around the coast from Waterloo Beach to Schouten Beach. The walk itself is not as long as the name suggests.
Very nice views of Great Oysters Bay, with backdrop of Freycinet Peninsula.
As usual in Tasmania, there is nearly no one to be seen on the main street of this town after about 7pm. It's refreshing.

From a tourist perspective Swansea was lacking.
From a tourist perspective Swansea was lacking. Not much choice of places to eat. The oyster bar was closed due to weather, we were unable to get to the patisserie as the bridge was closed due to flooding, the pub closed at 2 so cant have a late lunch which often happens as a tourist. the IGA was closed for some reason and there was a small express IGA that had your basic items. We had dinner at a small local cafe and it was very expensive for what it is $40 for a main. But we didn't have a choice as pub full and that was the only place in town open.

Beautiful stay, super cozy and best sleep I have had on the whole trip.
10/10 for charm & spa bath was amazing after all the walking done. Great pub 2second walk down the road, loved the experience
We had such a fantastic stay here in a beach front chalet. Our cabin had views over the little nearby beach & Freycinet NP which were just spectacular. The kitchen was functional and had everything we needed and the cabin was extremely clean. There was a laundry for guest use for $4 and parking right outside each cabin.
The staff were so lovely and helpful - they provided us with some great suggestions for what to see and printed out a 2 page document for me that I required urgently. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
Piermont is special and really delightful. The Manager, Priya is excellent and exuded hospitality and generosity of spirit. Staff are welcoming. Beds are excellent as is breakfast. The views and grounds outstanding as are the quaint cottages. We were given a large welcome hamper as it was New Years eve and the food was all Tasmanian fresh produce. A truly excellent and memorable gift. Other accomodation operators should take a masterclass with Priya on how to be generous hosts.
Everything! We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend to everyone who travel to Swansea. The place was sparkling clean and cozy, like a home away from home. Very close to the town centre. Restaurants and the supermarket in the walking distance. Coffee machine is fabulous. Garden was lovely too.
The location was fantastic with private access to the beach which was only a 3 minute walk. The house itself had everything you needed plus a huge book and DVD library, lots of play things for the kids and an outdoor shower for after being at the beach which was a brilliant idea.
The cabin was situated on the cliff top and had a sea view. The place is quiet, clean and comfortable. All necessary amenities are u ok were provided. The bed was comfy and was greeted by the sunrise from our bedroom window . A short distance drive to Swansea town
Outstanding views from bedroom #2, out over the water. Breakfast was large portions and professionally done... top marks. Karen was happy to share her extensive knowledge of Tas. It really was like home away from home. Highly recommended.
Absolutely stunning location in beautiful Swansea. The accommodation & view were excellent. Cleanliness excellent. Watched the sun rise from our upper landing bedroom. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly rate Swansea Beach Chalets.
Paid for an upgrade to a two bedroom room which was wonderful. Right on the doorstep of the water and roomy with great facilities.
RSL at Swansea needs an honourable mention as a great place to have a meal.
Friendliness, nearness to facilities and my work place, more like a home than general accommodation, met my breakfast needs. Anyone will not be disappointed with this place as an accommodation destination.
