Everything.
Everything. I could write an essay on how poor this house and booking was. It was bay far the worst accommodation and I have ever had the displeasure to stay in. I have been travelling the world for many years and have stayed in many tens of holiday houses. This was the worst. Poor directions. Difficult key collection. Unhelpful staff. No heating for first 24hrs (on a cold and wet Spring day and night). The mini kettle (3 bedroom house!!) broke after 24hrs and the agency refused to replace it. The glasses were totally inadequate. The heating was archaic and they charged me 83EURO for 3 days heating and lighting, even after I complained. They refused to refund what little deposit I had left to the credit card that I had paid it on (totally unacceptable). And to round it off, Booking.com, which I have used for several years for many trips were decidedly unhelpful in assisting me to sort these issues out. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.AlastairUnited Kingdom
