A lovely welcome from the reception staff and the room was lovely. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very quiet even though there was a concert going on in the Square up the road.

Location is great if you are taking the Eurostar! Literally right in front of the entrance of hotel.
The rooms are very spacious/ large rooms with plenty of space and everything you could need.
There is free coffee, kettle, and tea and bottled water. Nice touch!

Super friendly staff welcomed me and was not only able to let me into my room early, but even gave me a choice of rooms particularly suited to my requests. Beautiful room (the photos are really accurate, the entire hotel's interior design is soothing yet interesting), very clean, lovely amenities, and the location can't be beat - just a few minutes walking to the Royal Galleries and Botanique. Also stable and speedy wifi, and useful working space in the foyer.
