It was clean and the cabin near the river was nicely equipped. Breakfast was delivered to the cabin and it was very tasty with a decent variety of food.
The view and the furnishings in the cabin were lovely.
The sauna was cosy and with glass floor to ceiling so you can admire the view

Great location: beautiful view over river, parking just at the door, tourist street starts behind the hotel. So, it's calm and beautiful yet close to all the buzz and fun.

Overall, the value for money was very good (we paid €115 for a night in September, with breakfast included). The building and park were very nice, the room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was correct.

Marcouray itself is a very small and quiet hamlet.
Marcouray itself is a very small and quiet hamlet. There are no shops or restaurants and no noisy traffic. It is only 2 km from the slightly bigger Marcourt where there is a bakery and a restaurant. Just one thing : if you are cycling down the hill to Marcourt make sure you have very good brakes! We loved walking down but only risked riding down once and that was enough!!
