This site is led by a delightfully kind family. Our communication prior to arrival was prompt and uncomplicated. When I arrived, I was already greeted by the hostess who showed me around. The room was nice and cozy. That day the heating was not working at my arrival, however they fixed it in one hour during my absence.
The morning after, unfortunately, I already had to leave and although it was very early they made sure that I got my breakfast which was delicious.
If you're looking for a nice remote location to just relax, this is your spot!

The room is spacious, very clean and looks really nice and well kept and so is the bathroom. The breakfast was nice as well. My 5 year old son definitely enjoyed it.

What can I say? This is one of the best Bed and Breakfasts we´ve ever been to! Starting with the kindness of the owner (due to a snowstorm we arrived a day late, for which she showed absolute flexibility), followed by a warm welcome, the spotlessly clean, stylish and cosy rooms, and a wonderful breakfast in the mornings. Laarne was perfectly situated for our family visits in Gent, without having to deal with the parking -and traffic issues of the city. A pity we didn´t have the time to explore the castle and the surroundings, but we already look forward to coming back!
