Super friendly staff welcomed me and was not only able to let me into my room early, but even gave me a choice of rooms particularly suited to my requests. Beautiful room (the photos are really accurate, the entire hotel's interior design is soothing yet interesting), very clean, lovely amenities, and the location can't be beat - just a few minutes walking to the Royal Galleries and Botanique. Also stable and speedy wifi, and useful working space in the foyer.
