Impressive at first sight: posh overall appearance, baroque style furniture (we had Deluxe Double room), a bottle of Chardonnay as welcome gift. They have an interior pool & SPA but under repair at the time of our stay; sauna was available.
Child friendly: there is a child pool with a small slider, an outside playground with a swing, a playground next to the restaurant/ terrace. NB: the pool is clean (we read contrary reviews before), the child pool might have a leaf or two, but that due to the trees above it.
The room was clean, towels changed in 2 days (as I recall), reception desk very friendly.
Breakfast was average.
A quiet beautiful area immediately next to Queen Mary's castle & the botanical garden, 2 supermarkets nearby and quite a few traditional restaurants.

i wouldn't go the second time. a bunch of crooks. parking in the street is not possible not bc there r no spots but bc they r blocked by the owner of the parking lots so u don't have a choice but to park in the parking lots and pay 2$ an hr .also the visiting of the palace of regina maria its a rip off it cost to get with the car in 22$ a person and its not much to see for that price. To get to the beach u have to pay an entrance. the food and service at most restaurants stink.in parts of the city where u can park in the street the way to pay is by text message but u have to have a local phone nr which u don't and then the app is done u only have the choice of paying for 24 h /6$ .also the instruction for parking has a sticker in top of the instruction with a QR that a ripof and that's with the help of the authority cause those stickers r on all instruction thru out the city and the city doesnt do any eforts to remove them .conclusion not the second time for me .too bad cause its a place with a lot of potential

NIce old town but only for relaxation and long walks on the seafront, renovated. you can eat at Korona or Mistral seafoods, or bulgarian dishes but quite expensive. You should try Bulgarin wines, like Karnobat vineyard, Chardonnay along with fish.

Balchik is like a gem!
Balchik is like a gem! Beautiful landscapes near the Black Sea and that unique sensation that you can experience in the Patatuli gardens of Queen Marie, namely that you can have both the Sea and the Smell and the feeling of a day spent in nature. in the heart of the forest or surrounded by the most beautiful flowers.
The cliff has some rocks on the edge facing the sea with discreet sculptures on them, interesting to look at.
We had a sunset, for which we took 1 bottle of prosecco and 2 glasses, a blanket and ran to catch it, after which we had dinner at one of the restaurants on the seafront.
We ended the evening with a walk to the port, admiring the beautiful architecture of the buildings on the seafront.
For a romantic get away weekend it's perfect!
First of all the panoramics. The view is breath taking. Is worth it. You feel like you are on an island.
The sand is smooth and nice. The water is clear and everything is well maintain and clean.
The room are big. I bought one with side sea view. The view was again amazing.
The bed is confortable and the food is good.
You can feel a bit more quality on the juices sides compared to other bulgarian resorts.
I will return and i recommned the minuses are just as a heads up.
We stayed at this place after the main season so there were very few people there. We extended our stay because it was quiet, nice, and on the beach. We did not eat at the hotel because nothing was open but the apartment had a small kitchen and we utilized it to some extent. The hotel beach, as well as the public beach, were somewhat busy so we walked about a mile to a more secluded and much nicer area. That's all we did for about three days.
Everything - right next to Nomad beach (great beach), on the promenade of Balchik - great shopping area, with lots of restaurants. It's also near the Palace and the Botanical Gardens - gorgeous place, not to be missed.
The receptionist helped us with an early check-in!
Good Bulgarian breakfast.
There is a public parking in front of the hotel (10 leva/per day).
This hotel offers one of the best views in Balchik, the rooms are stylish and really big, the bathroom as well. Very clean and great personell. The beds are king size and the mattresses are very comfortable. Breakfast is not extremely rich but it has all the basics and the coffee tastes good. It's one of the best choices in Balchik, period. The price is fair.
The hotel is close to the Botalical Garden and Castle of Regina Maria, on the hills, so the visit is very easy if that is your plan. However, to reach the beaches (which are not so many), there a is 20 min walk downhill. I appreciated the slippers and big balcony with sea view, however, the suite was smaller than in the picture (no couch area).
The view of the house is just breathtaking. From the top, you can see the beautiful Bulgarian cliffs. House was well equipped with a long big table inside, which could accommodate 8th ppl for dinner. We also really appreciate the electric piano. Cozy furniture in the leaving room. Our host Veronica was very nice and always responsive.
The hotel is well placed, easy access to the beach.
The hotel has a nice pool.
Employees are nice and they try to be helpful. We did not have breakfast included in the price but the manager gave us the breakfast for free.
The appartment we had was nice and big, nice mattress.
The villa has a wonderfull location within the Black Sea rama Hotel, but unfortunately cannot use all the facilities of the hotel. Definetelly the villa needs some urgent refurbishment, but it is a great deal for the money I paid for.
Thank you
Everything was perfect for us, and the host was very accommodating to our needs. The location is great to explore all parts of Balchik and it's very quiet and peaceful. There is a lot of space, the heating warmed us wonderfully.
Excellent breakfast. They have a small library in the lounge. Parking in the front of the hotel. Interior garden with swimming pool. They also have SPA. The kindness and politeness of the staff!
