The staff were very polite and useful. There were many ants in one room, and in the bathroom there needed some repairs of broken facilities. We were walking around but there weren't any shops near the hotel. The hotel is good for taking a rest on a journey to some destination, it is very close to the highway, but I don't recommend it for a long stay.

The location was perfect for our needs as it was an overnight stay prior to our flight home. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast but they did provide us with a sandwich each to takeaway. This is a beautiful place with amazing staff, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. We ate in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival which we would highly recommend. The young lady on reception and the young gentleman in the restaurant were attentive but not intrusive. We would stay here again if in the area but would highly recommend for anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

I liked several things about the hotel: the receptionist was very nice and polite, she helped me find a proper parking spot for my car. The hotel's location is right in the center of Plovdiv. The room and bathroom were clean (beyond my expectations). The breakfast in the hotel was delicious :) Overall I think the the quality is perfect for the price I paid.
