Everything was very nice: the welcoming, the room, the check in procedure, the host asking me if they should turn the heater on before my arrival. And the morning after I was also offered a coffee with some snacks. Everything great!

Superb warm welcome from Nicky and the staff, the room exceeded expectations. I was in the converted bank building because the usual hotel was full as I'd booked late. It's in a nice quiet part of town overlooking the park. Huge beautiful windows and very comfortable beds. And the coffee from the machine outside is pretty good. Thank you! I hope to stay again.

We arrived early at the property and the lady on reception was friendly and let us leave our bags at reception while our room was prepared. Gave a good restaurant recommendation when asked and also let us leave our luggage at reception after checkout while we waited for our onward transportation. Excellent location close to the river and a short walk to the fortress. Quiet street. Comfortable beds. Communication was in Bulgarian so can't comment on language ability of staff
