The owner had a list of don’ts! The condo smelled like moth balls . I texted her she’s allergic . So it must of been the 2 cans of raid she left by her mop Paul I’m the hallway . Furniture was covered in bedsheets . The couches underneath ‘em were worse /dirty . My daughter wouldn’t sit on them. Post it notes on every other cupboard , closets etc . I was told not to use the front door , do not talk to neighbours. Use back door only . It’s a 4 floor walk up! I rented it for the view . I usually rent a hotel with a pool . But she had a jacquizzi pic . Due to covid she took out the on/ off switch . Couldn’t use it the 4 jets were dirty ! The place has shad flies from the lake . Told to not turn on the lights . I couldn’t get the tv to work even with 3 remotes . Mold in her Brita. I moved a porch chair . Her neighbour below me said your renting an illegal Airbnb! I can call the cops & you get no refund ! She’s greedy & a hoarder ! There’s a ceiling leak but she won’t let them investigate it! I had to text her the wifi password her 9’s look like g’s !I feel ripped off ! No tv no bubble bath & now I’m going to Alzheimer’s from the putrid smell ! All her towels were stiff & the unit needs to be emptied and painted . The back curtains in my daughters room didn’t cover the sliding door . I felt really uncomfortable doing something illegal ! I had to plug stuff in … I texted her that everything should be in working order ! This place wasn’t luxury at all! A false statement on her part ! Her porch screen was taped & loose ! I had to deal with shad flies in my bed as I watched Netflix on my iPhone !
