We went in the winter months, so it wasn't busy.
We went in the winter months, so it wasn't busy. Which was great! Staff was really friendly and walked around the pool for safety. It was relaxing and we loved looking at the mountains. It is right off the highway, so careful going in and out of the parking lot. There was one man who kept chatting up the single women which was creepy, but staff kept an eye on him.

Radium is a great little village that I have stayed a number of times over the years. It is close enough to places like Banff and Lake Louise to make day trips to but avoid the inflated hotel prices. Plus they have a ton of their own great attractions in both summer and winter.

Great little town with good restaurants and coffee shops.
Great little town with good restaurants and coffee shops. Amazing wildlife - big horned sheep- wandering around town. Close to natural hot springs , hikes, lake Windermere and panorama ski resort. The visitors centre is perfect for all the information on how to get to the natural hot springs , and hike the hoodoos rock formations. Hot springs in town are perfect at dark . Wolf sanctuary is a 1 hour drive north and well worth the visit. 🐺

For a quick overnight stop it was fine.
For a quick overnight stop it was fine. One of the cheaper motels but for what we wanted it worked out. Location good. Could walk to pub. Clean comfortable beds. But older motel so things are looking a little worn but friendly staff and good breakfast included. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, fruits, etc.
the local pub, Horsethief, was excellent as usual.

this "condo" room was bigger, had better furniture, had refrigerator, microwave, dishes, dishwasher than 3-star hotel rooms like the Hamptons, Country Inn. There was no comparable lobby, however. I was so happy I stayed here on my driving route from Banff, Canada back to Kalispell, Montana, USA to fly home. The bathroom and shower were huge, compared to big-chain hotels. I would definitely stay there again, if I were in the area. The bed, sheets, and towels were great also, nothing seemed cheap.
The newly renovated heated pool and hot tub made our stay more comfortable despite the new, highly visible wildlife fire that broke out nearby. We spent all days hiking, so haven’t spent much time in our rooms.
Complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise.
It’s pet friendly too.
Loved the retro detail in this very clean older facility. The beds were comfy with the most amazing, cozy extra blanket. The staff were warm and welcoming. We were grateful for this perfect pet friendly accommodation. Yet another bonus the pet fee was excluded.
the hosts were so kind, thoughtful and and made everything easy. the room was very comfortable and the whole Inn was super cozy and felt like home. it was such a nice change of pace from the big chain hotels out there.
We liked the view and the location of the hotel. We liked how quiet the property was. We appreciated the opportunity to be in the heart of Radium and so close to the Hot Springs.
Excellent hotel for a short stay. warm pool, hot tub, the kitchen in the room has all the necessary appliances and utensils. Friendly staff. I recommend
This hotel is excellent. Owners take pride in ownership. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Ate in the double decker bus on the property.
