I loved that the parking was spacious. This was perfect for me and my dog who is afraid of the city. The parking lot also had plants which is nice. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The room was very pleasant, clean, comfortable and had all the necessary facilities including its own bathroom with shower. The location of the Hotel Dufour was very good, in the town centre and near the old town. It was a pleasant 15 minute walk to Biel/Bienne railway station and there was a frequent trolleybus service to and from the station. The breakfast was excellent and very tasty with a good variety of drinks and food which were plentiful. The hotel also had its own excellent Indian restaurant with an impressive variety of food which was very reasonably priced.

It's a diamant in the rock, very warm welcome and the hotel became quickly one of my favorites of the last years. Modern design in an old structure, don't miss the chance of a splendid dinner at the restaurant.

It was a disaster. The hotel told us that there is no booking in our name. They didn’t have any rooms available. Because we travelled with our horses we couldn’t look for an other stay overnight. Wonderful location and great view from the apartment. Very close to the supermarket. Great privacy. Lots of open space for the children to play. There is also a play area close to the apartment for the children. Very loving and caring hosts.
