The place is very cosy and charming.
The wood heating is very efficient although I could understand that some people may find lighting a fire to be a bit challenging.
The bedrooms remained nice and cool which we love.
The downside for groups could be the fact that there is only one (very lovely) bathroom, but for a couple or small (young) family its perfect.
Although the original building goes back to 1699 it has aged very well and has been nicely renovated by the owner.
There is an outdoor charger for electric cars, but we didn't use it (check with owner first).

There is a stunning view of the mountains from the balcony of this amazing place. During our time there, we stayed in the suite, which was very luxurious and had a nice amount of space. Great attention to detail and a lot of wood surrounds you, feeling like in an authentic mountain chalet. There is always someone on hand to assist you whenever you need it. I would like to give a special mention to all of the drivers who accommodated all of our requests, and all of the staff who were very kind and approachable in general. Dinner was served in the main dining room, and it was superb. Good vibes only. Strongly recommended.

An easy short walk, only 10mins, from the Station in Bex. I arrived late and instruction were provided to access the hotel and keys for room. Room was clean and warm. I was only there for 1 night and met my expectations. Met the manageress in the morning and was very friendly. Breakfast was buffet style, i.e. help yourself and plentiful.
