The apartament is spacious and very clear, and has excellent equipmnet.
Our host didn't bother us, although we had conctact by mail or WA.
There was a fantastic, alpine ;-) atmosphere.

Such a lovely hotel. Perfectly situated on the waterfront in Lugano's old town, the fairly unassuming exterior only hints at how nice it is inside. There's a beautiful garden with an outdoor pool, a giant chess set and lots of corners to sit and enjoy a drink whilst drinking in the view. Inside, there is a lavishly furnished lounge area with a well-stocked 'honesty bar'. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole stay was a delight.
I only had a small room this time without a lake view as it was the last room left, but my colleague had a balcony and said it was fabulous. Would love to come again!
