From arriving to leaving this hotel was a very special experience. The location at over 2000 metres is pretty unique. The staff all excellent and little touches like the welcome cup of tea, fresh fruit in the room were lovely. We stayed in room 401, a Junior Suite with double aspect windows giving panoramic mountain views. Both a coffee maker and a kettle provided. Both the included four course dinner and breakfast were excellent.

Great location. Beautiful surroundings and view. Staff was great. Restaurant onsite is good but pricey. In general on our trip trough Switzerland the dinners were not memorable and cost significantly more than New York City.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is located above the city with a magnificient view of the mountains and lake. We had the same perfect view from our room. The size of the room is a good one, comfortable beds and pillows. The Romanian lady in the reception was of a great help for us as she gave perfect and clear instructions on how to reach town centre and where to park. The distance from the hotel to Lucern town centre is maximum 10 minutes drive. It is a hotel where I will definetly return.
