Thank you to the owner of the hotel, who was so lovely and accomodating for everything. We dined for both dinner and breakfast and both were great and very tasty. The staff were very helpful.
The views are incredible. We sat out on the terrace having drinks until the sun started to set. The mountain views are amazing. You are very high up (around 1500m) in a very sweet Swiss mountain town. You have to see it!

This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had, everything was great from our arrival. We were welcomed with a glass of wine in the sofa by the chimney during check in. We then stayed for excellent dinner at their restaurant La Torre - delicious pasta and tiramisù. Breakfast was abundant, with homemade cake, warm crunchy bread, and a cook who prepared eggs on the spot - would recommend the omelette. Staff members were really friendly! After a day of skiing in Zermatt, we could relax at the spa area, which was quiet and very well equipped (2 dry saunas, 1 humid sauna, jacuzzis, showers, an area for reading). Wish we would have stayed longer at this great hotel! Promised ourselves we will be back soon - grazie, merci for the stay Grächerhof!

A very nice family own hotel, clean rooms, and very friendly staff! The variety at breakfast, really prompt service, and the location close to the town center and very close to mountain gondolas are a great plus for a nice stay in beautiful Grachen! Not the hotel at fault but did not realize there would be a much road and rail noise. Didn't read the map closely enough, facilities and comfort was very good

The people in the hotel were really pleasant and tried their best to please us. Always polite, smiling and also accommodating specificities out of the dinner menu.
Hotel Alpha is located at the entrance of Grächen, just a 1-minute walk from the Hannigalp cable car. All rooms have a balcony. WLAN is available in the public areas.

Simple hotel run with a lot of heart and generosity by a friendly local family. Will def. book again. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bedding and mattress were exceptionally comfortable. Great buffet breakfast served from 8am with a self-serve coffee machine that makes any type of coffee one likes. Very quiet. Seems to have a lovely terrace (which I didn't use as was there only briefly). Parking is tricky in Grächen village, so I made use of the Alpha's paid parking 1 min away (CHF 6/night).
