We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location of the hotel is amazing. The staff was really friendly, we had a nice sized room with a big bed, the room was very clean. Our room was right on the street and we thought it would be loud at night, but it was so quiet that we slept like babies. There are lots of nice restaurants located right in the area of the hotel. We arrived by bike, and the hotel had a bike room where our bikes were locked up safely. The real highlight for us was the breakfast. The quality of the food was very high and all of the food offered were local products (From the bread, to the jam, eggs, cheeses, yogurt, meats, juice, you name it).

It was perfect for our family - our kids loved the play corner and its selection of toys and puzzles. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and the hotel is a 15-min leisurely walk from ether the town centre or the lake.

Excellent location 100m from the Kloster and many restaurants and bars. The room was simple and comfortable. Completely up to my expectations. I had deliberately reserved a room without shower/wc and was gratified to find two towels and a flannel at the washbasin. Perfect! The view from the room was of the Kloster. I felt very much at home. The generous continental breakfast provided crusty bread, cheeses, cold meats, yoghurt, orange juice, a pot of coffee with hot milk, and more…

Everything was very clean. The cabin was very comfortable and the fireplace enriched our experience.
Beautiful area! We went there for skiing and snowshoeing, there are plenty of trails for cross country skiing, the food in the restaurants is amazing, people are extremly friendly, which is a huge plus :-)
Great location if you enjoy hiking, also there's a small bus stop very close if you want to go to Unteriberg without walking, otherwise it's a nice 20 min walk. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for cooking which was perfect. Also the host was super nice and allowed us to use some of their home-grown salad.
Due to an accident we couldn't go to the Hotel. The Staff was really friendly and helpful and reimbursed us without any discussion.
