Approachable, energetic and welcoming staff. Lovely grounds and bird life. They have maintained the old facade of the castle and the hotel itself is of an interesting design. Breakfast was good especially the homemade breads, however a bit of friction to obtain a cup of tea 😅 Wine tasting lecture and tour of grounds were very informative and enjoyable. Good sized bed and modern well insulated room.

Beautiful location. Staff were very kind and went above and beyond to meet our requests. The new owners are a family and are doing major upgrades after what appears to be years of neglect. While there is no hot tub at present, they are planning to replace the old large one with two small ones. Good food. Gorgeous views. Enjoyed picking and eating figs and apricots, too bad we were early for grapes. This is a great place for families!

What an amazing place for a cabana. We loved to drink coffee in the morning or wine in the evening and enjoyed the incredible view. The house is cozy and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The pool was also great. After a hike in the sun the pool was very refreshing. The communication with Martin was easy and he had always good advices. If you rent a 4x4 car it’s no problem to go by your own car. We felt in love with the dogs of martin - so cute and gentle 🫶

Delish country breakfast Amazing host who was happy to share a little history of the place. Beautiful wlidlife with deers, dogs, llamas and horses. Lovely warm bedroom when we arrived late at night.
