Fast and easy check-in. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Although the location is a bit far from the centre, there is a metro station which takes only a few minutes to walk. The room is spacious.
The breakfast has a good variety of food, mainly Chinese food but there is some western food.

The common areas of the hotel are impressive, and we appreciated a lot the amazing breakfast, the lobby bar and the sophisticated dining options. Our rooms had access to the lounge on 7th floor and that was a nice plus for business meetings and a relaxing tea or drink after a busy day.
The room was nice, very clean and comfortable. We also appreciated very much the possibility to walk on the lake banks, and the peaceful location.
The staff was extremely kind and helful, and always very professional.
