Hotel Peñon Suites, hotel in San Rafael

Set in Girardot, HOTEL PEÑON SUITES has a garden and a shared lounge. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also has a restaurant and an outdoor pool. At the hotel, all rooms have a balcony.

Breakfast was ok, not pefect, but good. The room was clean and comfortable, but could use a bit of an upgrade. Internet and other options were lacking, and it needs a lot more hotel stuff.

It was a very weird experience.

It was a very weird experience. After finding out there was no tv no internet no A/C (it was 34 C) no towels no toilet paper no bed sheets etc, at the end of my trip the person who I was dealing with over the phone, asked me to say she has lend me the apartment cause we were friends, (which was not true at all) and I found this terribly disturbing. Not sure what kind of business they run, but they handle this in a very bad way.
