The villa was amazing,, super views of the sea, crystal blue clean pooI, lots of seating areas, barbecue and plenty of shades areas to retreat to. Our host was so kind and treated us with a selection of cypriate treats, nothing was too much for him to help with.

Very cozy apartment. We arrived late in the evening, we were greeted by very friendly owners.
It was very nice when we came in, there was a bottle of good red wine, sweets and fruit waiting for us.
There was water in the refrigerator, and coffee was already ready for the morning.
We had a great weekend.

Keep in mind that it is a remote and quiet area.
Keep in mind that it is a remote and quiet area. The only (comfortable) way to get there is by car, so renting one is a must or very highly advisable. The beach is a bit rough and covered with pebbles, like most beaches in Cyprus, but you can still find couple of sandy spots for an easy entrance. You will be there alone most of the time. It felt however that some works are/were under way to make it a bit more "touristy". There are couple of small shops in the are but I would recommend passing by LIDL in Limassol or Paphos on your way from the airport to stock up major groceries for your stay. You may still buy ice-cream, pepsi and bread in the local shops at twice the normal price :-) P.S. Sunsets are simply fantastic.SSimakinGermany - 8.0Scored 8.0

Quiet area, you go to it to get away from everything and everyone, you don't see a lot of people in the streets, you don't hear noises or disturbances, you can hear the sounds of animals, the sea is very beautiful, I haven't been to the beaches but it looks nice and quiet, there is not much to do, There are not many restaurants or cafes, so you should pay attention to this point, and bring some food and snacks.AhlamIsrael - 10Scored 10

Pomos is situated at the side of the sea and at the foot of some pine clad mountains so there are some lovely views. Pomos is an unspoilt place, it is how Cyprus used to be before the high rise and large hotels took over - there are none of these in sight! There are several small places that serve traditionally cooked food at very reasonable prices, and a mini market. A short drive down the coast is Argaka, where there are a couple of larger bar/restaurants. Polis is a step further where there are banks, petrol stations, large supermarket etc. There are uninterrupted sea views that are west facing, therefore you get stunning sunsetsMartinCyprus - 8.0Scored 8.0

Pomos is a small village with very few amenities. 20 mins drive from the nearby town Polis (Polis Chrysochous). Perfect for a quiet get-away with several villages close by. Plenty of the beaches to choose from and some of the most breathtaking views. Though one definetelly needs a car to get around. Great choice for adult travellers and older children that do NOT need playgrounds and CAN move/swim on their own safely.

The kanalli apartments were amazing. Very nice place to stay with all the amenities making our stay pleasant and comfortable. The property was well organized and clean providing the sence of high end accomodation. We also had the opportunity to meet the manager Mr. Grigoris who was very friendly and willing to assist us in all our enquiries. The best place to stay in Pomos. It’s a place where you can relax bcs is a quiet place . The combination of mountain and sea is just magic !!! The way driving along the sea is brethtaking! Enjoy good food and friendly people! In the afternoon you can enjoy the sunset which is different each day !! Must visit is the church of St Raphael and to Latchi take the boat trip for the blue lagoon the best time is at 5 :00pm-8:00! Dinner at Elenis kebab , or Santa Barbara or Yialos Latchi for Kebab or once you are at Latchi enjoy fishfood at Souli !!!!

You need a car (as everywhere in Cyprus). Very good pool and easy approach to the sea. take a time and do some hiking (it starts right next to the house). You will enjoy views, almonds, figs and mangos (growing along your path). But wake up and go with the sun. Paradise beach is definitely worth visiting (however it is not so close as it is written in the description - look for parking and the modern square brown villa).OleksandrUkraine

Vasilis, his wife, his sister, and the rest of the family are spectacular people who I hope to see again. This location almost completely summed up why I came to Cyprus in the first place.

Maro is the perfect host who really cares about you having a good time in her Villa. We were 2 couples who enjoyed the wonderful view from the shaded terrace, the lovely cool pool. You can walk 50 meters down to the beach. Swim and snorkel a bit there and go back and rinse off the salt before you just get completely fresh in the pool. Pomos is a very beautiful part of Cyprus.
