The hotel met expectations - it doesn't surprise you with anything above standard. I've visited a number of hotels across Europe and many three-star ones offered better service, a more substantial breakfast, hotel slippers and bathrobe (for a hotel where a spa is included as here is). However, we stayed at a price that was more in line with 3 star accommodation (thanks to the Genius discount) and the accommodation fulfilled its purpose. The steak from the grill as well as potatoes grenaile were delicious.

Hotel Berger is situated in the centre of Kamenice nad Lipou town and only steps away from the Kamenice Castle and the Kamenice Church. Free WiFi is available in all areas.

A very good hotel which in terms of price/quality ratio is superior to some hotels in Hradec. Clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. There are a couple of restaurants nearby.
