The hotel met expectations - it doesn't surprise you with anything above standard. I've visited a number of hotels across Europe and many three-star ones offered better service, a more substantial breakfast, hotel slippers and bathrobe (for a hotel where a spa is included as here is). However, we stayed at a price that was more in line with 3 star accommodation (thanks to the Genius discount) and the accommodation fulfilled its purpose. The steak from the grill as well as potatoes grenaile were delicious.

Fantastic beautiful area. The place is an old farm with a big open central square. Here you will meet some animals, a Horse, sheep cats and dogs that walk freely around. Nice tables for having Breakfast outside. The room was very nicely restored with a small very nice and practical kitchen/eating place. The bathrooms were very nice just like the beds and general design. The Wi-Fi was working very well just as everything else!

Very nice location. It's basically an old - beautifully renovated farmhouse at the edge of a nice town. Quickly got the keys and the host makes sure you can do your own thing. I really liked that! The room itself is excellent. Internet was fine, tv, very comfy bed and everything was very very clean. Great price too, not too cheap but certainly not too expensive.

Quiet rural place near Telč with lots of possibilities to explore near and far during day trips. After return in the evenings this tranquil place provides roofed terasse to spend the rest of the day still outdoors talking, eating, drinking...and when it finally gets too cold, there is fireplace in the kitchen and lots of firewood ready to be used so one can make it really cosy inside as well. House was super clean with kitchen where we found all that we needed. We did not use it for cooking full meals though... Fridge and microwave is provided as well as kettle.

The Lady owner is very nice and always ready to help. The room is huge and comfortable. There is a huge green area also where you can let the dog free and play.The breakfast is simple but it feels like you are in home,she prepare different breakfast everyday. There is a private parking too, everything is comfortable.
