Since I stayed at the Monopol several times before I find, although it is an old Building, the amenities are very good. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I had a special request for a room I stayed in last time, and despite my late arrival, my request was still honoured. The other experience to mention would be the two Ladies-Staff in the Breakfast room, they are super friendly and no requests regarding the Breakfast are too much effort for them to answer.
Overall, the Location is an additional value to get around easily with all the transportation needs, Taxi in front of the door, train station, Metro stations, and streetcar stations just across the street.

Central hotel, clean and comfortable. Shower was excellent and the toiletries. Ironing board was really useful after travelling! Staff really helpful especially when one of party was impaired, gave hot water bottle and adjusted dining to help. They were really attentive and want to thank them for their support. Central location in main part of Frankfurt.
