Stunning view, friendly, service-minded staff, excellent facilities. The location can normally only be reached by a funicular. When heavy winds prevented its operation, as we were about to leave, the hotel organized a car to take us down to the valley (on a path that only experienced drivers would be able to use). Kudos to the driver and the hotel.

The Darchinger Hof was built in 1811 and is located between the Holzkirchen and Wayern exits and near the A8 motorway. The parking lot at Weidmossweg is right next to the hotel and is free.

Big room with small kitchen with refigerator, sink, mocrowave, stove...im the 2nd floor they have self service "bar" where you can buy gor 6,5 eur home made pizza (very delicious!- the only problem is the oven doesn't work as is should so baking time is around 30minutes and at the end pizza is overbaked on the top and raw below)
