The staff was incredible nice and more than helpful. The room for three adults contained a double beds and a small sofa bed. The room came with a fridge and a clean bathroom. Overall we had a good experience.

After checked-in, my room was on the third floor. Soon after moving in, I noticed that there was some dirt stuck to the carpet. I tried to remove the dirt but it was impossible. I then told the staff in the lobby and showed the pictures of the dirt I had made. Then the lady arranged another room for me on the fourth floor and I was able to move into that room immediately. The room has been newly renovated and equipped with new floors. There was a kettle in the room, which I found very practical. I also appreciated the coffee sticks and the tea bags. There was a free bottle of water in the room.
