Food was actually much better than you could expect from motorway services. Staff spoke English so there were no issues with communication. This was our second time and , like previously, it didn't disappoint. There is a cheeky shortcut behind the hotel towards nearby city (Hamm) not requiring you to return to motorway, where you can refuel significantly cheaper than on a motorway (about 5 minutes by car to Shell petrol station).MichalUnited Kingdom

The room is basic, beds are very comfortable and the bunk beds are nice size. The only thing I could complain about is the cleanliness of the carpets. There was lots of dust and dirt. Other than that rooms are very clean. Finding the reception was a bit confusing as its located in the restaurant attached to the hotel. We opted in for the hotel breakfast which was very nice and reasonably prices.
