Quiet atmosphere, and availability of electrical appliences and everything a customer needs. The street is clean, there is good communication and prompt answers via e-mail. Hospitality of the staff. It is always warm, no insects, no mice, hot water is always available. Breakfast is tasty and the service is excellent. There is a romantic atmosphere in the restaurant as well as historical fascinating ambiance around your restaurant building.

Extremely comfortable beds - it is rare for me to fall asleep in a hotel during just one overnight stay.
Nicely rich, good weighted duvet and high-quality mattresses meant we fell asleep quickly and had a refreshing rest. No wonder this pace is a hit with bicycle riders, the plaque said, a winner of "Bike and Bett" awards. We were chaperoned to our rooms, which were ultra clean, fresh and pleasant. I am so glad I chose this place. Breakfast was exactly what you needed: nice variety and topped up timely by a caring staff. No doubt I would return.

We booked this hotel as it was on the route home, planned a one night stay. The hotel turned out to be a little gem, very friendly staff and a large room with balcony. Parking was easy and the restaurant also turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. Lovely views of the Mosel from the front of the hotel.
We enjoyed it so much we're returning later in the year for a longer stay.
Very good welcome. Very good evening meal and breakfast. An outside terrace to have a meal and or drink in good weather. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is close to vineyards and the Moselle for walking. Car parking was easy. The room was large, clean and very comfortable.
