Hotel Bären, hotel in Rottweil

Hotel Bären has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Rottweil. Located around 24 km from Neue Tonhalle, the hotel with free WiFi is also 27 km away from Stadthalle Tuttlingen.

The friendly manner of the host 'Peter' who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He even arranged for us to park all 10 cars in the front of the hotel. The breakfast was very good with a good choice. They even managed to cater to gluten and dairy free guests without any problem, something that some of the larger hotels that we stayed in seemed unable to provide. Excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing. Never again. The host was rude, builder in the room above started hammering at 7:30. Never seen the host next morning despite her promise to meet me there before 9:30. I left at 10.00. I highly recomment Booking.com to remove them from the listing.

Historic small city with virtually no intrusive modern buildings; good choice of cafes and restaurants but check opening times, some close in the afternoons, others only open in the evenings. Finding car parking space a chore as most seem to be for short-stay only.

Lovely old town where you can walk about to your heart's content with lots of cafes and beer gardens. In close proximity to Studggart and Tubingen and lots of very interesting and historical villages and towns nearby. Well worth a visit.

The property was a lovely apartment in a great location. My boyfriend and I are long distance and when I come visit him we usually stay at a hotel, but this time decided to try out an apartment. It felt really homey! The bedroom was comfortable. The living room had a very big table and since the property had good internet, we were able to work very efficiently. The balcony was cozy with a perfect area for morning/evening tea and reading a book. I have no complaints. This stay was way better than we expected, thank you.

We only stayed for the night, but the experience was very nice. The staff is friendly and helpfull and even funny. The have a terrace where you can relax with a soda or a bear. The food was nice too. The rooms are simple but clean. wifi is ok. The parking is both in front of the hotel & in the courtyard. Be aware of the fixed radar just 20 m from the property.

The location was convenient to the Old Town area of Rottweil. In addition, there were a couple of restaurants nearby that were open when we needed them -- like on a Sunday morning. The management allowed me and my colleague to store our luggage in the hotel rooms on checkout day -- that was greatly appreciated.

This is a very nice hotel for exploring the city, but rather not for a vacation. It is not far from the station so if you are traveling by rail it is good to reach within 10 to 15 minutes, albeit up a hill. But Rottweil is a very nice town with lots of history.

This hotel is ideally located in Rottweil; the accommodation is clean, tidy, and modern. The breakfast was absolutely excellent. We have a first-class choice of everything. The only downside would be parking, it is very difficult to park around the hotel.
