We didn't see the host at all, but the communication on the phone was really good, instructions were crystal clear, and it was super easy to figure it out, despite our late-night arrival.
The idea of the basement scared me at first, but in the end it is a really nice apartment, which also was naturally very cool during the 35+ heat outside, not needing any air conditioning.
There is no breakfast, but with a fully equipped kitchen we didn't need anything, we brought some coffee and snacks.
To add to this, the driveway is great to park easily and the wifi works great, which were big pluses for our work!
