The hotel is located outside of the center, however 5 minutes walk from the tram station. From there you need 10 minutes to Schwabing distrcit with all the bars, restaurants and vibe, or about 30 minutes to the centre of Munich. For longer stays and for groups buying the group ticket for public transport is a good option.
