Very friendly and helpful host who is full of tips about places to visit, together with her family she does her best to give you the best holiday ever (examples: reception with cake and beer, a gift for our daughter's birthday, always available for questions)
The house is spacious and very well equipped, the kitchen is very complete (feels just like at home). The house has a good layout in terms of rooms, there is avery large garden with many play options for the children: our kids loved the house and the garden!
Beds were great, one of the better beds we have had through the years!
The location is quiet so you can relax easily, you don't have a direct view of the mountains from the garden, but you don't have to get out of the garden in order to see them.
This is a good base for trips, there are many beautiful and interesting things to see and do in the area.

I stayed over night for business reasons and did not expect much from a hotel situation in a small village situated a few kilometers from Warngau. It was quite a surprise: The hotel was modern, spacious, big and comfortable rooms with all amenities a traveler might need for a stayover. There was free Wifi, and there would even have been a Spa, which I did not use for lack of time. The hotel restaurant seems quite good, but I did not check it out, I was too tired.
Parking is free and the staff was very friendly.
Breakfast was excellent.
