The house was in a really nice location only 200 meters from the harbor/ beach and 200 meters from the main line station to Copenhagen
Room size was good. The heating worked fine. Communication with the hotel was okay.
Our room (no 109) was not clean. the carpet was old and dirty and the shower felt uncleand. The room itself smelt of cigarettes in the worst way possible and the only light that worked was in the bathroom. We wrote
the hotel and they changed our room. The second room was much nicer but still very basic.
The shared kitchen and eating area are comfortable but the kitchen didn't feel clean enough.
There were no hassles with getting in the hotel or with the booking. The staff I spoke to were helpful and made my stay better. The room was clean and comfortable.
