Having bought the stay on booking.com It was from reception made very clear we were not important guests. Was told if we had booked direct from the property we would have had a better room, instead we got a very ordinary room to say the least. Reception told us they could do nothing as the booking was made via bookings.com Having stayed at this place before to our great satisfaction, we were very disappointed and will never stay there again. I advise any person never book that place via booking.com or as us never book at that hotel.

We stayed here whilst passing through Odense. The location is fantastic. We stayed on the night of the first snow of the season, so everything looked like a fairy-tale. The rooms are basic, but clean and functional. The breakfast was nice with a good selection.

Hosts were very helpful with excellent restaurant suggestions; we never would have discovered them on our own. Very nice rural location, about 20 minutes by car from Odense - and also much cheaper than staying in Odense. Super quiet; I think we were the only guests there. In-room drip coffee maker with an actual containers of grounds, sugar, and cream. Nice kitchenette. Grocery store just 5 minutes down the road.

The host was lovely and they only have1 room so I was the only guest. In the countryside and love view from the windows god breakfast in the morning.went to a great old restaurant in town.

Kragsbjerggaard‘s best feauture is its big and cosy yard, very safe, very hygge. My son spent a lot of time in that yard playing football and giant chess. So it’s not just about the room you rent, it’s also about a charming place outside where you can sit and relax. We noticed that the beds were really cosy, too. The sleep was so sound.
