The hostess was very diligent and careful. She wrote, called, asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything. She was helpful 24 hours! The breakfast was rich and varied. The service lady was hardworking. The location was as we expected = close to the GEM and the Pyramids. If we compare the price and services we were enthusiastic! The furnishings of the common areas were tasteful and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped! The porter was always on time. He handed over the keys, helped with the suitcases. He was very willing.

This hotel has everything, big clean rooms, some facing the pyramids with balconies. They have a dining restaurant, an Italian restaurant on site as well as Zosers bar and a poolside bar that serves fantastic food. The hotel has a large pool with a lifeguard, and towels on hand for the sun loungers. The hotel staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. The hotel gate entrance is guarded and very secure 24-7. The complex also has gift shops and evening entertainment. But THAT VIEW though. Waking up and seeing the pyramids from your bedroom, being so close in the evening to witness the pyramid light show. a mixed bag of standards. Reception was pleasant and very helpful. In first night rooftop terrace bar and restaurant was superb, attentive and prompt. Second night Slow slow slow service. Room comfortable, quiet and floor staff were professional and good. Breakfast chef who cooked my omelette-brilliant. Rest of breakfast non descript.

I have travelled alot and stayed in fantastic hotels but Pyrmamids Sun / Cleopatra Pyramid View rates in my top 2. The view is breathtaking and the staff have become like family and you need for nothing. They arrange all tours and transport. Ayman, Atta and Sultan. THANK YOU!!
