The host is very helpful! 1 minute walk to the beach! Quiet, no street noise! Apartment is very clean and comfortable, has everything you will need during your stay, small things like coffee, shampoo, washing liquid for example (never seen in any other booked apartment with a washing machine, who wants to buy a big bottle if you stay only a few days?). Air conditioner with heating was very useful! I will book it again when I am back!

Somewhat remote location can be a plus for some and a minus for others. Easy access with the lockbox. The place is nice and spacious and quite well equip. It also has a jacuzzi/hot tub which is very nice (but takes a few hours to warm up). Parking by the house that also has its own closed terrace which is especially nice in winter. Big TV with working Netflix ;)

Fantastic location! Slap bang in the middle of the lovely, friendly, relaxed but buzzing town. Lots of hot water, good shower and air con that actually worked.

I asked for help, and the property refused. We checked in, went briefly to the room, didn't touch anything.
When we left I heard my son had been in an accident, at home in Spain, 200km away.
We went back immediately, to cancel the room (within an hour) and told them the circumstances. They understood, we thought, offered their condolances and understanding that we had to return home and now didn't need the room, and after I spoke to your Customer Services, I was told we'd get refunded. The manager shook our hands and said sorry.
Today, I came home to find an email from Booking.com saying the property have refused to refund, for an un-tocuhed room.
I am appalled that the property have done this, and that Booking.com have allowed this.
I have been a customer for many years, and no amount of problems before has ever caused me to complain.
I would like this decision to be reviewed, and for you to refund the money if the property will not.
This is the biggest and worst customer service I have seen in all the years I have been a loyal customer of booking.com
You need to sort this out and someone needs to refund us!
