We really enjoyed our stay in Balcon del Mar!
We really enjoyed our stay in Balcon del Mar! The house is located in a quiet area with a German supermarket reachable by foot. You would definitely have to rent a car as local beaches and other attractions are not within striking distance. The house was really beautiful and looked just like in the pictures! We especially enjoyed the large pool. The only things missing were standard supplies like toilet paper, parchment paper, dishcloths, garbage bags etc., which you would have to buy yourselves. Overall, we would certainly stay at this house again.

Beds was hard.
Beds was hard. And there was a cabinet underneath the TV that was infested with [Hylotrupes bajulus] house longhorn beetle. They popped out and ended on the floor. Not good to bring back to your own home. Should be easy to fix.

The villa is modern and complete. It was very well maintained, clean and it has a large fully equipped kitchen. Outside a nice Lounge and BBQ area at the poolside. Seaview from the upper terrace. Good communication with hosts. One of the better options to rent a villa in Javea. We will definitely be back.
